general play: put/keep up ashen defense, crumbling resistance, lingering dust (all 5 min debuffs,i think) then put up searing vitality and mash the pillaging stone macro. after 80-100 charge, put up a 6 stack of rock slide for the int buff. pop waning power whenever you feel like it for the sp buff.

use the mental flare macro on healers who are in need of mana. you will most likely never have to use it on yourself.

for a charge dump, use power drain after 100 charge unless it is close to time to pop flaring power since you will need the charge for that.

Note that *Alias macros are no longer viable since 1.4.
